    Job Summary

    Working as a key member of the Central Administration Team, providing a range of efficient administrative and ad hoc secretarial services that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

    Essential Job Duties

    - To undertake administration, clerical and secretarial duties for all business areas, including but not limited to:
    - Management and distribution of post.
    - Handling telephone enquiries (development)
    - Ordering stationery (development)
    - Typing reports, letters and other documents. (development)
    - Filing and photocopying.
    - Purchase order systems (development)
    - To provide team based, central support for the Central Administration Department, undertaking a range of administration and secretarial duties as identified by the Office Manager and provide cover for other team members in periods of sickness, absence or peaks in workload.
    - To support the Office Manager in all aspects of the efficient running of the Office. - To build knowledge of the company in order to provide efficient responses to general enquiries and queries.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    - Proven track record of working in an administrative environment, or evidence the transferable skills to do so successfully
    - Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel and Google)
    - Experience of working to deadlines
    - Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles.
    - Ability to plan and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines.
    - High level of literacy, accuracy and attention to detail.
    - Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues.
