    Job Summary

    • To manage the integration of the Local London programme within contract geography, through identifying gaps in provision and seeking out solutions that benefit our customers and the community.
    • To develop, coordinate and facilitate access to all appropriate complementary provision for the Local London teams and participants
    • To engage with existing integration boards and promote the Local London brand

    Essential Job Duties

    • Liaising with Local London borough teams to understand customer needs and plan the provision of services required, e.g. educational support, pre vocational activity, equipment, confidence, pre-employment preparation, rehabilitation, referral to health services
    • Identifying key suppliers and partners to provide a supply of both funded and non-funded products and services, developing and maintaining a comprehensive service directory to enable programme participants to have a choice in provision/support

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • Able to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships that meet contractual needs
    • Excellent working knowledge of participant barriers, products and services available locally and funding streams
    • Ability to plan and organise workload to meet business need and activity in line with contractual obligations
    • Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills that promote commitment and action
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles, both internally and externally
    • Good awareness of different pricing methodologies, e.g. payment by results, personal budgets, value for money, rewards and incentives
    • Ability to travel within the Region and, on occasion, throughout the UK
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate reports, statistics and documentation through competent IT use
    • Expertise in organising and running effective and efficient steering groups
    • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly around building relationships, listening and questioning with a positive approach to challenging and overcoming limiting beliefs
    • Planning, problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage own time effectively
    • Proven track record of delivering results, particularly through the development of partnership arrangements with third party organisations
    • Experience of working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, particularly medical professionals, service providers and employers
    • Experience of working with partner organisations to deliver cohesion in delivery across the sector
    • Knowledge, understanding and experience of a range of tools, products, services and partner organisations which can complement, support and add value to the customer’s journey to employment
